Delivery costs for Sage-Payslips is £6.00 for all orders below £50.00 and Free delivery on all orders over £50.00.
Orders are usually delivered the next working day via Parcelforce courier provided that we receive notification of your order before 3.30 pm. All orders are tracked, we will email you this tracking number via a link and you can also view your account and order to see your tracking order.
The customer must examine the goods on receipt and report any damages, incorrectly sent goods or shortfalls within seven working days.
Orders are not delivered or despatched at weekends or on Bank holidays.
When ordering please ensure that the delivery address details are correctly entered as Sage-Payslips (SP) cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address.

PRICES AND VAT
All prices on this website are shown excluding VAT. The full order price including delivery and VAT will be shown at the checkout stage. The prices shown are based on receiving orders by telephone or via our website, with payment being made through PAYPAL or by credit card. If you wish to place orders on a 30 day account, we will be happy to discuss your requirements, however, the prices shown on our website will not necessarily apply.
RETURNS POLICY
Any goods for return must be in the original packaging and any seals must not be broken or damaged. Returns are paid by the customer unless the fault lies with Sage-Payslips. The customer must examine the goods on receipt and report any damages, incorrectly sent goods or shortfalls within seven working days. If any goods are found to be faulty when used, customers should inform Sage-Payslips as soon as possible. Goods that are accepted for return will be refunded less up to 20% restocking fee to allow for administration and reboxing, also minus any outward delivery costs. Should you be dissatisfied with our products in any way, you have 30 days in which to return the product in the original packaging as supplied. PLEASE NOTE: Returns are only accepted with an approved returns number, please call 01453 793258 for details.
If goods are returned to sender (Sage-Payslips) by ParcelForce for reasons related to customers not being present to take delivery or incorrect address details given at time of order, an extra fee of £ 7.00 will be charged, your order will be refunded less charges, the extra £ 7.00 fee plus any outward delivery costs. If any goods are found to be faulty when used, customers should inform SP as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their order without charge at any time prior to the goods leaving our premises.
